- 1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 2 tablespoons plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or any milk
- 1/2 teaspoon maple extract optional
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
