Instant Pot Asian Chicken
This Instant Pot Asian Chicken recipe is a guaranteed home run EVERY SINGLE TIME. My mom gave me this recipe a few years back for my Crock Pot (not sure where, otherwise I’d give credit!). I converted it to work with my Instant Pot and it’s been part of my weekly meal prep for the last two months. The best part? It’s only five ingredients- including the chicken!
Cook Time | 30 minutes |

Ingredients
- 2.5 lbs skinless boneless chicken thighs or chicken breasts!
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup Bragg's Liquid or soy sauce or tamari
- 1/4 cup pure honey
- 1 teaspoon Oregano

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, Bragg's (or soy sauce), honey and oregano.
- Place the chicken thighs in the Instant Pot. Pour the sauce on top of the chicken and stir to make sure all the chicken pieces get covered.
- Place the top on your Instant Pot and pressure cook on high for 20 minutes. Allow the machine to naturally release before lifting the lid.
Recipe Notes
I've used frozen chicken thighs/breasts and the timing is exactly the same! Here is the instant pot I use.
