  1. In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, Bragg’s (or soy sauce), honey and oregano.
  2. Place the chicken thighs in the Instant Pot. Pour the sauce on top of the chicken and stir to make sure all the chicken pieces get covered.
  3. Place the top on your Instant Pot and pressure cook on high for 20 minutes. Allow the machine to naturally release before lifting the lid.

I’ve used frozen chicken thighs/breasts and the timing is exactly the same! Here is the instant pot I use.
