Savory Pumpkin Protein Bread
Ingredients

cup
egg whites
1/2
cup
pea protein
I use Swanson
1/4
cup
coconut powder
2
tablespoons
nutritional yeast
2.5
tablespoons
soy sauce
1/2
cup
unsweetened almond milk
1/4
cup
canned pumpkin
1
teaspoon
baking powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Place in a loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake for about 30 minutes. Transfer to a cooling rack.
