Peanut Butter Pumpkin Protein Pancakes II
I’ve come up with two more versions of my peanut butter pumpkin protein pancakes. I just love these flavors together!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Cellucor Peanut Butter Marshmallow You can swap for any protein powder, but the flavor will change slightly
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 2 teaspoons oat bran or ground oats
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Cinnamon to taste

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a blender (I used my Ninja food processor).
- Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Coat with cooking spray.
- Add pancake batter by the spoonful. Cook until edges start to set and the tops start to form small bubbles. Flip and cook on the other side about 2-3 minutes.
