Peanut Butter, Pumpkin, and Oatbran Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender (I used my Ninja food processor).
  2. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Coat with cooking spray.
  3. Add pancake batter by the spoonful. Cook until edges start to set and the tops start to form small bubbles. Flip and cook on the other side about 2-3 minutes.
