Chocolate Coconut Protein Pancakes
These pancakes were one of my first experiments when I started using protein powder in recipes. I like sprinkling them with a little extra shredded coconut when I’m ready to serve!

Chocolate Coconut Protein Pancakes
Fluffy pancakes packed with protein!
Instructions
Heat a non-stick pan over medium/low heat.
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk the egg whites and milk together, then gradually stir into dry ingredients until combined.
Pour mixture into pan (about 1/4 cup each pancake). Cook until the top begins to form bubbles and the edges are set. Flip.
