Beefed-Up Veggie Lentil Stew
This Beefed-Up Veggie Lentil Stew is the perfect comfort food for the snow storm that’s about to hit NYC. I used lean ground sirloin, lots of veggies, and fiber-packed lentils for hearty, filling, and nutritious stew.
