Instructions
  1. Blend together all ingredients. Batter should be thick.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and coat with cooking spray. Add the batter one large spoonful at a time.
  3. One the batter starts to set on the edges, flip. These pancakes will take longer than regular pancakes. Be patient!
  4. Fill/top with greek yogurt mixed with protein powder, nut butter or fruit!
