Cellucor Peanut Butter Marshmallow whey protein
or any flavor you like

tablespoons
cottage cheese
3
tablespoons
quick oats
3
tablespoons
egg whites
1/2
teaspoon
baking powder
1
teaspoon
vanilla
Truvia and cinnamon to taste
Instructions
Blend together all ingredients. Batter should be thick.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and coat with cooking spray. Add the batter one large spoonful at a time.
One the batter starts to set on the edges, flip. These pancakes will take longer than regular pancakes. Be patient!
Fill/top with greek yogurt mixed with protein powder, nut butter or fruit!
