Crispy Air-Fryer Broccoli
My poor air-fryer has been in storage and I just rediscovered it. My new apartment doesn’t have a real oven (insert crying face here), only a convection oven in the microwave. So, I feel like I need to make the air-fryer my new best friend. I love it because it doesn’t just air-fry, it bakes/roasts too!
The broccoli comes out perfectly crisp in only 12 minutes – like you’ve been roasting to perfection for 30-45 minutes!
I couldn’t find my particular air-fryer (maybe it discontinued?!), but here and here are two top-rated options!

Instructions
- Wash and cut the broccoli into florets. If you have a great recipe for the stems - use em' at another time!
- Add broccoli into the air-fryer basket. Do NOT overcrowd. If it can't all fit, don't force it. You want it to crisp evenly.
- Spray broccoli with olive oil spray. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Insert the basket and roast at 370 F for 12 minutes (if your air-fryer allows you to go to 375 F, go for it).
