Heat olive oil in a small, non-stick pan over medium high heat.
Season salmon with salt and pepper. Put the honey and butter in a small bowel and microwave for 10 seconds. Stir to combine.
Add the salmon to the pan and cook ~4-5 minutes, then flip. After about another 4-5 minutes (when salmon is cooked through), spoon the honey butter mixture over the salmon. Cover for about 20 seconds, then remove from heat and serve!
