chia seeds
or flaxseeds

scoop chocolate whey protein powder
I use Cellucor

tablespoon
unsweetened coconut flakes

teaspoon
coconut extract
5-10
drops chocolate stevia
or regular stevia
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Allow to sit in the fridge overnight. Eat cold in the morning.
