plain Greek Yogurt

sugar-free Jell-O Butterscoth pudding mix

scoop vanilla protein powder

teaspoon
chia seeds
or flaxseed

cup
almond milk
or milk of choice
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and let sit overnight in the fridge.
Eat cold in the morning. I topped mine with nut butter and bluberries!
