  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a small loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, protein powder, ground flaxseed and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine sunbutter, honey, almond milk and vanilla. Mix until fully combined. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until fully integrated. Fold in the blueberries.
  4. Pour batter into the loaf pan. Spread evenly, pressing down firmly.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool in pan ~ 20 minutes. Cut into 8 bars.
