5 Health + Wellness Things I’m Loving Right Now

Body Butter: I don’t know about you, but I’m like a crocodile in the winter. I need the heavy duty lotions, so body butters are my go-to. I have two favorites right now. One is a splurge, while the other is very affordable.

The Splurge: Primally Pure Eucalyptus Lavender Body Butter

Love, love, love this women-owned business. All of their products are made with certified organic ingredients and this body butter is insanely luxurious. It actually keeps my skin moisturized until my next shower.

The Affordable: Shea Moisture Lavender and Wild Orchid Body Butter

This company also produces products with organic and sustainable ingredients. It isn’t sticky after applying and keeps my skin nice and smooth. I subscribe to receive this product monthly from Amazon so I can stretch out my use of Primally Pure!

Zoya Nail Polish: I was first introduced to Zoya when I was in Sarasota over New Year’s. There was a super cute nail salon and Zoya was the main nail polish they carried. I had thought about looking for a non-toxic nail polish since I ALWAYS have my nails polished. My nails did not feel healthy, but I kept covering them up. The colors are beautiful and the polish really lasts. When I got home from that trip, I ordered the base coat, top coat and two colors to start off my collection.

Thrive Market: I’ve been getting snacks, supplements, and pantry items from this website for the last few years. They select the highest quality items at extremely affordable prices. Plus, for every membership sold, they give a membership to a family in need. I’ve ordered everything from dishwasher detergent, to olive olive, and even their frozen organic chicken. Every order comes with a free sample or gift, which is fun way to find new items. I’ve already saved $651.23 since I started using Thrive Market. You can check out this link for 25% your first order. Discounts on discounts!

Anti-Diet by Christy Harrison: This book should be a requirement for ALL health professionals and for every health class in school across the country. She dives into the history of diet culture which is FASCINATING, explains why diets don’t work (backed with scientific evidence), and offers a way out of dieting once and for all. If you don’t already listen to her podcast, highly recommend that too!!

Saje Soothing Herbal Eye Shade: Confession – I have 4 eye masks total and I use all of them. However, this one is my current favorite. Research shows that keeping your room dark and cool is important for restful sleep. I wear mine every night and I swear it brings my sleeping game up another level. The Saje Eye Shade is extra special because it COMPLETELY shuts out the light and stays put better than any other eye mask I’ve owned AND it has a soothing lavender blend on the inside that is immediately calming.
