Whisk together the yogurt, egg beaters, and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, mix the remaining dry ingredients together.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Spray with cooking spray. Drop the batter by the spoonful onto the pan. Cook until bubbles start to form adn the pancake sets around the edges. Flip and cook another minute or so on the other side.
