Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together to form a dough. Divide into 9 balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Slightly flatten balls with a spatula to form cookie shapes.
  3. Bake for 12 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes

*To make a “flax egg”, mix 1 T ground flaxseed with 3 tablespoons water. Allow to sit for 5 minutes before use.
