Caramel Overnight Oats with White Chocolate Buttercup Fluff

Walden Farms caramel sauce

mashed (I use the back of my fork)

scoop vanilla whey protein

Fluff:
120
grams
cooked buttercup squash
about 1/2 cup
1
tablespoon
P28 White Chocolate Peanut Butter
or any nut butter
Instructions
Mix together oatmeal ingredients. Place in the fridge and let it sit overnight.
Place the buttercup squash and peanut butter in a food processor and process until smooth. Top your oats.
Devour.
